Who may enter
The contest is open to artists of all nationalities and ages.
Short description
The contest is organized by Tottori Prefecture in Japan.
Illustrators are invited to submit their original manga based on the theme of “Promise”.
There are three categories:
• 1 frame manga (1 page)
• 4 frame manga (1-8 pages)
• 4 to 24 page manga story
Participants may submit entries in multiple categories. All works must be original and unpublished (doujinshi publication is allowed).

Entry fee
The competition is free to enter.
Prizes
• Grand Prize: 500,000 yen
• Merit award (2 works): 100,000 yen
• Selection Committee Award (3 works): 50,000 yen
• U-15 Youth Manga Artist Prize (3 works): commemorative gift worth 30,000 yen
