Who may enter
The Felix Schoeller Photo Award 2025 is open to:
• Professional photographers – including photographers, film creators, photographic designers, and artists who earn more than 50% of their income from photography or film.
• Emerging photographers – this category is intended for photography students. Additionally, photography trainees and assistants to professional photographers are also eligible
Short description
The Felix Schoeller Photo Award is promoted by Felix Schoeller Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Germany.
All professional photographers may submit photographs in two categories:
• Sustainability
• German Peace Prize for Photography
Emerging photographers may only submit their photgraphs in the non-themed special category.
Every entry to the Felix Schoeller Photo Award must consist of no less than three and no more than five photographs.
Entry fee
The competition is free to enter.
Prizes
• Sustainability: 5.000 €
• Emerging Photographer: 5.000 €
• German Peace Prize for Photography: 10.000 €
