Who may enter
The competition is open to anyone.
Short description
ASFERICO is an annual nature photography competition organized by the Italian Nature Photography Associations (AFNI Associazione Fotografi Naturalisti Italiani).
There are nine categories:
• Landscape
• Underwater worlds
• Mammals
• Birds
• Other animals
• Plants and fungi
• Composition and forms
• Man and nature
• Stories
Each entrant can enter a maximum of 30 images.
Entry fee
30 € until 31 December
35 € from 1 to 12 January
There is no entry fee for the young photographers (aged 17 and under).
Prizes
The overall winner will receive 3.000 €.
The winner of each category except the Stories category will receive 500 €.
The runner up of each category except the Stories category will receive 250 €.
The winner of Stories category will receive 1.000 €.
The young photographers: each category winner will receive 200 € gift card.
