Call for Entries for Photographers – STREET PHOTOGRAPHY
The title of this exhibit is Street Photography. We seek images that support the theme Street Photography of People and places and candid moments captured by you. The Glasgow Gallery of Photography is a new non-profit gallery space in Glasgow Scotland. This is an open call for Street Photography. Photographers are asked to submit up to 10 images of all Street Photography for this photography exhibition in this new public gallery.
Photographers will be selected for a 1-month long exhibition. Photographic work will also appear online in our online gallery. We are also currently creating a virtual tour. Send your best image’s. We want work from established as well as emerging photographers. This is a unique opportunity to bring your work to an audience of Artist, Photographers, and Creatives as well as the public, Scottish and International photographers are welcome.
How to participate:
Submission for this exhibition is FREE. If your work is selected there is a participation fee of £48.00
This covers the cost of everything.
We will print and install and de-install the work in the space.
Local photographers are free to collect their work afterwards we will hold it for 1 month.
The deadline for this exhibition 21st September 2022
STEP 1: Choose up to 10 images that are 300ppi
and 3000 Pixels minimum on the shortest side. Work will be displayed various sizes.
(You will be asked to resubmit if you do not follow these guidelines)
STEP 2: Name your image file. JohnSmith1.jpeg etc
(If you do not name your images correctly they could be lost or misplaced and delay the exhibition, please only use your name, do not include image titles or any other information)
We will ask for this later.
STEP 3: Make sure your image is a JPEG, we can only except jpegs as this is what the printing company that we use requires.
STEP 4: Send us your 1 to 10 jpegs via Wetransfer/Dropbox (These are free to use) to [email protected]
